Home & Garden

Home & Garden Shows, as well as any other local events, are an awesome resource for a local company to get involved with the local community. We try to get involved as much as we can and typically pays off well.

Our recent experience with trying something new was overwhelming and awesome! We went online and bought an Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie oven as well as picking up 1,500 cookies to bake. Our Home & Garden Shows typically ends with about 30 booked estimates and around 40 leads. We ended up with 43 booked estimates and 68 hot leads with the cookies. There were over 2,000 rack cards and business cards passed out as well. The costs of the cookies were less than a rickety give away and the results were much more impressive.

Let's put it this way... Internet marketing, modern conveniences, and all that stuff is great. However, going old school and being able to talk to people face to face is the way to go. I enjoy putting more of our marketing dollars into local advertising rather than the pockets of Google, Yelp, and that annoying lady named Angie.
