Step 1
Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader
Step 2
Find your equipment below and click the image. This will download the warranty as an interactive PDF to your computer.
Step 3
Open the warranty PDF and fill out the form.
Step 4
Email the form as an attached PDF to warranty@hostdry.com
Step 5
Print and save the completed form for your own records. That’s it, you’re done!
